RJF is an independent consulting company consisting of RJF, business finance d.o.o. and RJ finance, financial services, d.o.o., and specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate finance for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The story of RJF began in 2008 with the establishment of RJ Finance, Roman Jeras, s.p., and continued with the transfer of activities to RJ Finance, financier storitve, d.o.o. in 2010. In 2023, RJF, business finance, d.o.o. was also founded. During this time, we have acquired more than 80 references in investments: sale or purchase of equity stakes (minority, majority, or 100%). We are the leading company in the field of M&A advisory in the SME segment in Slovenia. The RJF team completes an average of 4 transactions per year between the value of 1 to 25 million euros.

To ensure our clients with the best possible service, we are also members of the global association AICA, which includes 41 M&A advisory firms worldwide. We offer customized solutions of the highest quality. Our business philosophy is based on entrepreneurship, customer focus, creativity, and quality.

We are a trusted advisor to more than 15 privately owned SME companies on the buy-side or sell-side.
